Turtle Case Standard versus TeraTurtle
The Turtle Case Standard has a patented design with single space and double wall system. To keep the tapes (LTO, 3592, 9840, 9940, T10K – depending on the design of the case) securely and separately in place, the inner shell is formed into individual plastic slots. The classic case also features two outer walls for increased physical protection against shock and thermal shock loads.
TeraTurtle have a sealed design. This offers a waterproof, airtight and dustproof interior as well as a more durable casing. Inside the TeraTurtle, maximum impact protection is achieved through a coated, sealed foam material that does not release foam particles. The tapes are held securely in place in the TeraTurtle by a spacer grid. Double, movable closures in the sturdy TeraTurtle provide maximum security.
