EDP Vertriebs GmbH has all licenses to exchange and dispose of batteries in compliance with environmental regulations.
Defective UPS batteries are usually replaced with fully equivalent batteries within 48 hours on weekdays. The prerequisite for this warranty service is a technical defect.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any warranty for faulty operation or defects based on this.
